Creating and Interpreting Multimedia Content

Students should be encouraged to combine different platforms, formats and techniques when creating content. Additionally, the lesson plans should help students realise how different types of public media function and how they can protect their privacy. The ability to evaluate messaging styles, understand intertextuality and recognise characteristics of different media types should be emphasised in students’ learning.
